Likeness consent.

Styl10 generates images of you. Those images are derived from reference photos you upload and product images you reference by URL. The system requires your explicit, granular consent for what we do with these generated images. This page is the contract.

What you consent to

• Generating images of you wearing clothes from URLs you paste, using AI image-generation models.
• Storing those generated images on our servers (Cloudflare R2) for the duration of your account, subject to retention rules in the Terms of Service.
• Displaying those images back to you in the Styl10 product.
• Pairing those images with a short AI-generated narrative for search-engine indexing, when (and only when) you have chosen to make a render public.

What you don't consent to

• Training any AI model on your photos or your generated images. We don't do this. We never will.
• Using your face or likeness to advertise, market, or promote Styl10 or any third party.
• Sharing your photos or generated images with other users without your explicit per-render consent.
• Selling, leasing, or otherwise transferring your photos or generated images to third parties.

Public gallery: opt-out for free, opt-in for Pro

On the free tier, each render is added to the public Styl10 gallery by default. You can opt out at the reveal moment, before anyone else sees it. Pro renders are private by default; you opt in to share.

Revoking consent

You can delete any individual render or your entire account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion removes your reference photos, all your renders (public and private), your style profile, and any narrative text generated from your renders.

Reporting misuse

If a Styl10 render appears in our public gallery that is not of you, or if you find your likeness used without your consent anywhere on Styl10, contact hello at styl10.ai for immediate (48h SLA) takedown.
